John’s financial career started as a Bank Manager with NatWest. In 1996 however this business was established and has gone from strength to strength. Now a leading and award-winning practice noted for its excellent customer care and service.
Outside of work John’s interests include cycling, football, dog walking

Mrs Katherine Hopkins

Practice Manager
Years in Financial Services:
Kathy joined the practice in 2000. Originally as a Personal Assistant to John but later qualified to advise on mortgage and protection products.
Outside of work Kathy is a keen horsewoman playing polocrosse regularly. In addition, she also likes travelling and spending time with her family.

Mr Justin Yang

Customer Relationship Manager
Justin joined the practice in 2006 and his key responsibilities include keeping in touch with John’s clients and managing John’s diary, appointments and travel arrangements.
Outside of work he spends most weekends as an umpire for Southampton Hockey Club.

Mrs Katie Double Personal Assistant
Katie joined the practice in 2011. Her key responsibilities are managing John’s appointments and dealing with pensions and investments.
Outside of work she enjoys going on dog walks, socialising with family and friends and travelling.
Mrs Carley Young Administration Assistant
Carley joined the practice in 2013. Her key responsibilities are assisting with both the preparation and afterwork of John’s appointments. She has worked within the financial industry for over 17 years.
Outside of work she enjoys going to the gym and plenty of shopping and socialising with her friends and family.
Mrs Michelle Harrison Administration Assistant
Michelle joined the practice in 2018. This was her first role with a financial adviser firm. Her responsibilities are dealing with the appointment preparation and pensions and investments.
Outside of work she enjoys reading and spending time with her family and socialising with friends.
Rebecca, our newest recruit joined the practice in 2021.
Rebecca has five years of experience in finance, starting in Skipton Building Society before working as a pension administrator for Mercer. She is currently studying for her Diploma in Financial Advice.
Outside of work she enjoys football, musicals and spending time with her family and friends.
